Shenzhen Vigorous Furniture Hardware Co., Ltd (Chinese Name: Dongguan Changping Shengxinlong Furniture Hardware Factory), was established in 2006, located in DongGuan City , China. We special in producing die casting, stamping and CNC machining Furniture Hardware accessories, such as Handle, Hinge, Caster, Cake Stand, Hook, Custom Nameplate, Ring holder, Swivel Turntable, Ice Bucket, Hip Flask Engraved Logo as require by our customer, we also branching out into Wooden Tableware and ornaments such as Wooden Spoon Fork, Wooden Cutting Board, Tray, Cork, Dice, Pepper mill, Easel these years.

 

Vigorous has made most of the parts in house, the total area of our factory is nearly 2000 square meters, we have cold and hot die casting machines, stamping machine, EDM machine, CNC milling machine, drilling machine, polishing machine and inspection equipment. We have 4 production lines and 80 workers, the monthly capacity can reach 10,000 pieces machine.

We can apply the stainless steel materials which are eligible to the EN, ANSI, DIN and LFGB, FDA standards. In order to guarantee our product quality, from raw material purchasing to processing, from surface treatment to assembling, we have constituted strict quality control systems. On the other hand, the technician of our R & D dept. has many years experience on molding, we can make samples to you basic on your drawing or concept.
